OCBC 1% cross-border-fee auto-matcher

Goal

Auto-detect OCBC's 1% cross-border fee (a same-day GCP/Workspace charge ×1%) and book it to GL 6400 — evidence-only, its own matcher lane.

Log

  • 2026-06-13 built crossBorderFee.server.ts, wired into rescan + tx-created. 0 false positives on live data.
  • Owner chose matcher-only; doc-type entry-point idea dropped (see T-008).
