Remove the Airwallex Payment Links feature
Goal¶
Airwallex rejected for Payment Links. Remove links (collecting); keep transfers.

- 2026-06-13 deleted AirwallexPaymentLinksSection + /api/airwallex/payment-links
- lib/airwallex/paymentLinksMirror (no other callers). New slim AirwallexPayoutsSection keeps WOPC payout + T-011 reimburse β transfer drawer. BankDashboard rewired. Typecheck clean. UNVERIFIED in UI.
