Migrate Workspace CSV (transactions) fetching → NAS (part d of 4)

Goal

Part (d) of the 4-part NAS migration (a=T-033 · b=T-034 · c=T-035 · d=this). Ensure Workspace billing CSV (transactions ledger) fetching runs on the NAS.

Current state (NAS investigation + memory — verify)

• scrape mode (headful Xvfb real Chrome) downloads the Workspace transactions CSV and persists to Firestore aote-system/workspace-billing/transactions/entries (warns on amount drift, never silent-overwrites — [[feedback_no_silent_fixes]]). Produced workspace- transactions-*.csv on the NAS (Jun 9). So LIKELY already operational on the NAS.

Scope

Verify operational + scheduled; decommission the Google Cloud version; confirm the persist path + drift handling.
